GaptoothDiva Radio – Interview w/ Featured Artist VA Rapper PacMan Tonight at 9pm

Jarrod Stefan Collier (born September 5, 1985), better-know by his stage name PacMan, is a rapper whose style is the exact opposite of street life, violence, guns or drugs. PacMan was born in Winterpark, Fl and was raised by his grandmother and mother in Tallahassee, Fl. He moved to Richmond, VA at the early age of 13 where he began to explore his love and passion for music. Jarrod ‘PacMan’ Collier has been described by many as colorful and ingenious with his musical style.

“Still Searching” released in Febuaray 2011, are the words used for the title of his group, “Split Personalityz”, first Album. “Still Searching” reached as high as 13 on Reverbnation‘s hip-hop charts for Richmond, VA in just about two months. PacMan has a motive to reach a broad audience and at the same time get the Richmond hip-hop scene to unite and put a stamp on the music industry.

As PacMan began to receive notoriety he created a group called Split Personalityz with a good friend of his, Wayne “Dertty” Sekerdy. The two imeditely began recording songs together and soley, and went on to release there first album “Still Searching”. In just under a year they have performed at countless venus including Richmonds well known venue, The National.

PacMan feels accomplished in his young hip-hop career and shows no signs of slowing down in his quest for greatness in the industry. One of his followers on twitter recently tweeted him “Ryde4mineEnt S/O to @PacMan_804 he is going to take the world by storm.” With strong influences from hip-hop heavy hitters such as 2pac, T.I., Eminem, JayZ, And LilWayne, PacMan strives to one day be known as one of the best.

Espy is one of today’s most exciting and talked about Indie artist in the nation today. This singer/songwriter is making a huge buzz everywhere. His love for music started at the early age of 4 singing everything from Michael Jackson to Bon Jovi, Espy knew then that being a entertainer was what he had to be, it was in his blood. Espy started singing all original music at 13 singing ,dancing in every talent show he could be involved in. The thing that amazed people is that he was singing songs written by himself which was not known of much at that time. In his early 20′s Espy decided he had to make a major turn in his career where he traveled a lot more trying to be heard and seen by fans any and everywhere. In 2009 Espy moved to charlotte North Carolina. where he still lives and everything took a sudden change in a way most people only dream of. He set a plan in motion and never looked back. May of 2010 Espy was asked to perform in front of Andre Harrell (P. Diddy’s original manager).

Next for him was his national TV debut on 106 & Park July 14^th, where he performed on there stage and sold over 65,000 ring tones in one day to his song “ERASING YOU”. shortly after that Espy was an award winner at the 2010 BET BLAZE THE STAGE event in New York City, where he performed in front of 3,000 fans that loved every min of his performance. Oct.3rd, Espy returned to Harlem ,New York to grace the historic stage at the Apollo, Ending out he year of 2010 ,the campaign for his long awaited debut album “FINALLY”(on Itunes now) began and he also was nominated for R&B artist of the year in 2010 for the queen city awards and received a national Addy award for his works.

To kick off 2011, Espy dropped his music video to ERASING YOU jan.2nd, on Youtube and had a loud response from fans everywhere, and the long awaited 16 year debut album from Espy dropped on 1-11-11 nationwide on Itunes. Espy is becoming a brand like no other that fans, media, and artists are discussing on a daily because of his vocal range and amazing stage performances, what is next for this showstopper, stay tuned for what’s next because its going to shock everyone that’s been following the HEIR TO THE THRONE…..Espy!!!!

Things have picked up enormously and now they are currently enrolling in their summer Enrichment program for the summer months. Plans are underway for a celebration, so more details to come. GioVanna is Reppin’ Raleigh, NC & DiRtY JerSeY “I’m GioVanna!” you can hear her shout on stage in front of hundreds to thousands. You can catch this Bella Chula at any Stage on the East Coast! This born and raised “Jersey MaMi” has many talents to offer to the entertainment industry. Giovanna can sing, dance and rap. She also enjoys writing poetry, songs, acting, and performing.

Back in Jersey, Giovanna teamed up with a Puerto Rican producer in Camden, NJ. When Giovanna moved to Raleigh, NC, she bumped into a local artist. The artist later asked Giovanna to be featured on a track of his. From then on, G was in search and determined to be a part of the entertainment/music business. G then became the most valuable part of the dance group that opened up for a talent show. She danced and toured with the record label. G was a lead dancer for the label’s featured group.

Giovanna has done several music videos and concerts throughout various cities. Now Giovanna performs in any Festival, Show, or Club from NYC to NJ to VA to NC to SC. By adding flavor to each show, she gets the crowd hype! This Bella Chula is UNSTOPPABLE!!!
